		<description>I had not had them since I was in my early twenties and thought they only were to be eaten swimming in cheese, but when I had them roasted, well, lets just say they are on my menu rotated with other greens each week!

Cool I am glad you gave them a try, I do encourage revisiting old foods and flavors, since our taste buds change about every ten years!</description>
