Curried Deviled Eggs

6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup raisins
1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Paprika for garnish


  • Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and place in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add all ingredients to cooked egg yolks and mash well.
  • Spoon into egg white halves and garnish with paprika.
