1 cup lime juice (6-10 limes)
1 pint fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup honey or sugar
2 cups water
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Strain through a fine-meshed sieve to remove seeds.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice.
Makes 1 quart
